DESCRIPTION:The Economic and Social Council will meet on Monday\, 6 May 20
 13 to fill outstanding vacancies in the Committee for Programme and Coordi
 nation. Nominations for two elected positions on the Committee - one from 
 African states and one from Asia-Pacific states -- also remain unfilled. 
 During the same meeting\, the President of the Council\, Mr. Néstor Osor
 io\, will also appoint eight members of the Permanent Forum on Indigenou
 s Issues.
