 ree-year term. Members will come from those member states who have contrib
 uted to the Award. Members will elected according to the following pattern
 :\n\n	Three members from African States\;\n	Two members from Asia-Pacific 
 States\;\n	One member from Eastern European States\;\n	Three members from 
 Latin American and Caribbean States\;\n	One member from Western European a
