DESCRIPTION:ECOSOC will nominate seven members for election by the 70th ses
 sion of the General Assembly (2015-2016) to fill the vacancies in the Comm
 ittee for Programme and Coordination. These members will succeed those who
 se terms expire on 31 December 2015 and to fill the remaining vacancy for 
 the Western European and other States group. Members will serve three-year
  terms\, beginning on 1 January 2016.\n\nThe election will be held at the 
 coordination and management meetings of the Council\, from 8 to 10 April 2
 015. 4. The vacancies are to be filled according to the following pattern:
 \n\n	Two members from African States\;\n	One member from Eastern European 
 States\;\n	Two members from Latin American and Caribbean States\; and\n	Tw
 o members from Western European and other States (includes one unfilled va
