DESCRIPTION:The General Assembly will hold a plenary meeting on Monday\, 15
  June 2015\, at 4:00pm\, in the General Assembly Hall\, to elect the Presi
 dent of the General Assembly at its seventieth session.\n\nThe post is rot
 ating to the Western European and Others Group of states. The group has no
 minated  Mogens Lykketoft of Denmark\, who will assume the post in Septem
 ber.\n\nImmediately following the plenary meeting\, the Main Committees wi
 ll hold their consecutive meetings for the purpose of electing their Chair
 s at the seventieth session and their respective Bureaux. Immediately foll
 owing the meetings of the Main Committees\, the General Assembly will hold
  another plenary meeting to elect the Vice-Presidents at its seventieth se
